The First Time

This might have been the worst salon customer service I ever had. I don’t mind waiting a little bit but, someone should have come to acknowledged my presence and explain that they were behind schedule. This gives me the option of coming back later, running some errands, getting lunch. In other words, it puts me in control of my time. The techniques looked out-dated. I saw a lot of direct heat being used and some rough hair treatment. I didn’t see anyone with long hair. I wish salons would realize that having expensive products do NOT make you a healthy hair salon.

I think this was in error. We are constantly training and using the latest techniques and direct heat has NEVER been a part of any of our techniques. And we offer excellent customer service and have been recognized by the Better Business Bureau for our outstanding service. We do appologize for any mis-communication, and invite you back any time.

I'm a military guy who was referred to Serenity by another enlisted type. They give a good 'high-n-tight', and offer big discounts to me - and to my whole family - its less than a cut on base, and you get a free beverage with it! I'd recommend it to any military or civilian - they're good place.

My family & I have been customers at Serenity for over a year, receiving haircuts, pedicures, manicures, and other services. We are very satisfied with the results. The atmosphere is pleasant & inviting. Karla and her staff are warm and professional. We have referred several friends and family who have all become loyal clients also. ITS A GREAT PLACE - GIVE IT A TRY!

It turned out to be an awful all day experience, I WILL NEVER GO BACK...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!
